Shore Gold, Inc. (Shore) is a Canadian-based company primarily engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of diamond properties. As of December 31, 2004, the Company's most advanced diamond-bearing property was the Star Kimberlite Property, which is located within mineral disposition S-132039 in Section 18 of Township 49, Range 19, West of the second Meridian, whereby Township 49 is located within the Regional Municipality of Torch River, Saskatchewan. This mineral disposition is in turn located within claim block GC#45523 that is comprised of 45 contiguous mineral dispositions totaling 9,808 hectares. Shore owns a 100% working interest in these claims. Lateral drifting in the property commenced in May 2004, and was completed by November 2004, when approximately 25,000 tons of kimberlite had been extracted. As of February 28, 2005, a total of 3,498.84 carats of commercial sized diamonds were recovered from a total of 24,548.32 dry tons of kimberlite.

For the nine months ended 30 June 2005, Shore Gold, Inc.'s revenues totaled C$1.9M, up from C$110K. Net loss totaled C$2.9M, up from C$1.2M. Revenues reflect increase in interest income. Net loss reflects an increase in corporate development expenses, higher consulting and professional fees, increased administration expenses as well as higher taxation expense.
