The Company Shane Resources owns a 80% interest in a 1,480 acre gold property with Claude Resources Inc. owning the remaining 20%. Claude currently operates the largest gold producer in Saskatchewan (the Seabee Mine) situated three miles west of the Pine East property. Claude has the right to earn a 75% interest in the property through exploration spending. Shane is then carried to production with a 25% interest. The property has numerous high-grade surface showings that are similar to the showings exhibited at the Seabee Mine and appear to be the same zone.

To date, Claude Resources has carried out three drill programs on Pine East, in 2002, 2003 and 2004. Results from the first two programs have been favourable and results from 2004 are pending.

The objective of these drill programs is to outline an orebody from which rock could be trucked to Claude's mill, which is about three miles from Pine East.
